As Conversion Specialist, you’ll wear three hats:

First, you’ll write copy that converts. Ads, emails, landing pages, scripts.

Second, you’ll build email campaigns and automation flows that work 24/7.

Third, you’ll manage CRM systems (GoHighLevel and HubSpot) to turn leads into customers.

YOU MUST BE:

You will be perfect if you have:

  • Copywriting Experience: At least 2 years writing copy that makes people take action. You know how to sell with words.
  • Email Marketing Skills: You’ve built email campaigns and automation flows that actually convert.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience with GoHighLevel or HubSpot (or similar platforms). You know how to set up systems that work.
  • Technical Comfort: You’re excited to learn new tools and platforms. Tech doesn’t scare you.
  • Results Focus: You care about open rates, click rates, and conversion rates. Numbers matter to you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Copywriting:

  • Writing ad copy for Google, YouTube, and Facebook that stops the scroll
  • Creating email copy that people actually want to read
  • Writing landing page copy that turns visitors into leads
  • Crafting scripts for video ads and VSLs
  • Reviewing and editing copy from the team

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Building email campaigns that nurture leads into customers
  • Setting up automation flows that work 24/7
  • Creating welcome sequences, abandoned cart emails, and re-engagement campaigns
  • A/B testing subject lines, copy, and send times
  • Managing the email launch process for new clients

CRM Management:

  • Setting up and configuring GoHighLevel and HubSpot for clients
  • Managing CRM onboarding for new clients
  • Training clients on how to use their CRM systems
  • Migrating client data from old systems to new ones
  • Optimizing CRM workflows to improve conversion rates

THE POSITION PACKAGE:

  • Salary Range: R20,000 – R45,000 per month
  • Work Hours: 8am – 5pm
  • Location: Remote with in-person team meetups in Dainfern, Fourways (at least twice monthly)
