That’s where you come in.

As Lead Graphics Designer, you’ll do two things:

First, you’ll create designs that turn clicks into customers.

Second, you’ll make sure those designs actually go live.

On time. Every time.

You’ll own the entire creative process in Asana from design to launch.

YOU MUST BE:

You will be perfect if you have:

• Design Experience: At least 2 years creating landing pages and ads that actually convert, not just look good.
• Project Management Experience: At least 1 year managing projects in a digital marketing agency. You know how to hit deadlines.
• Asana Expert: You navigate Asana like it’s your second home. Tasks don’t slip through the cracks on your watch.
• Figma Expert: You can design beautiful pages in Figma without even thinking about it.
• GoHighLevel Skills: You know how to build what you design in GoHighLevel (or can learn fast).
• WordPress Knowledge: You can turn designs into real WordPress pages that work perfectly.
• Brand Understanding: You can take a client’s brand guide and make their pages pop while staying on brand.
• Leadership Confidence: You can lead a team AND speak with clients without breaking a sweat.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Design & Creative Work:

• Landing page design in Figma that converts
• Building pages in GoHighLevel and WordPress
• Ad creative design that stops people from scrolling
• Brand CI implementation across all client materials
• Content changes and updates to existing funnels
• Content review to make sure everything looks perfect before launch
• Video process coordination with editors
• Complete funnel and creative process management

Project Management in Asana:

• Daily project scrums to keep everything on track
• Dashboard updates so the whole team knows project status
• Monthly scorecard updates to track progress
• Leading client launches to hit the 45-day deadline every time
• Managing the content changes process across multiple clients
• Running the content review process to catch mistakes
• Coordinating the video process from brief to final delivery
• Overseeing the funnel and creative process from start to finish
• Monthly supplier meetings when working with outside vendors
• Client communication to keep them informed and confident

THE POSITION PACKAGE:

• Salary Range: R20,000 – R45,000 per month
• Work Hours: 8am – 5pm
• Location: Remote with in-person team meetups in Dainfern, Fourways (at least twice monthly)
