As Project Manager, you’ll drive these launches with precision and passion.

You’ll make sure every client goes live in 45 days or less.

And post-launch, you’ll be the strategic brain behind email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and system optimization.

YOU MUST BE:

You will be perfect if you have:

• Agency Experience: At least 1 year managing projects in a digital marketing agency. You know how agencies work.
• Asana Expert: You navigate Asana like it’s your second home. Nothing falls through the cracks.
• Leadership Skills: You’re confident leading teams AND speaking with clients.
• Marketing Knowledge: You understand digital marketing basics, especially email marketing and automation.
• Copywriting Ability: Your writing makes people take action. You can craft emails that convert.
• Technical Hunger: You’re excited to master CRM systems, automations, and email flows (we’ll teach you).

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Leading client launches – Getting every new client live in 45 days or less
• Running projects in Asana – Keeping everything organized and on track
• Technical setup mastery – Configuring automations, email flows, and CRM systems
• Email marketing strategy – Crafting and executing campaigns that convert
• System optimization – Making sure everything runs smoothly post-launch
• Client communication – Keeping clients informed and confident throughout the process
• Team coordination – Making sure designers, copywriters, and specialists hit their deadlines
• Quality control – Checking work before it goes to clients
• Process improvement – Finding bottlenecks and fixing them

THE POSITION PACKAGE:

• Salary Range: R20,000 – R40,000 per month
• Work Hours: 8am – 5pm
• Location: Remote with in-person team meetups in Dainfern, Fourways (at least twice monthly)
