Does this mean that the company is bad?

No.

Is your founder a human being that makes mistakes from time to time?

Yes.

But is it going to make your life better and easier?

Unfortunately not.

So sometimes in life your stars do not allign as perfectly as you’d like,

And you find yourself in a postion where your skills are not appreciated.

Or there is bad people in the company and you do not enjoy the culture and environment,

Or you work super super hard and feel underpaid and underappreciated,

Or the boss doesnt want to grow the business any bigger so you are stuck in a horizontal corporate structure that doesn’t allow you to earn more money,

Or !

The list goes on!

So before I come across as a hypocrite,

I am not perfect and do not claim to be.

But if you are a passionate and skilled marketer,
